The retort is the heart of the production plant. MAK GROUP configures continuous carbonization around the feedstock, target fixed-carbon content, capacity and local operating conditions.

Pyrolysis gas is returned to the thermal circuit, reducing external fuel demand after start-up. Automated control stabilises temperature, residence time and product cooling.
